The Factory Behind burks

When you buy from burks, you are buying from the maker. There is no trading company in between: selection, production, testing and after-sales are handled by the same team that answers your inquiry. This page sets out — plainly, including the parts most suppliers decorate — who we are and how every unit is checked before it leaves.

Who We Are

burks is the pump brand of Jiangsu Burks Pump System Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint-venture manufacturer based in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. Founded in 2018 with registered capital of RMB 10 million, we design and manufacture sewage lifting units, stainless-steel booster pumps and complete water-supply equipment, integrated prefabricated pumping stations, and high-pressure cleaning equipment — and we service what we sell.

How a Unit Is Built and Checked

Incoming inspection — Key components (motors, impellers, seals, controllers) are checked on arrival before they enter production.

In-process control — Assembly follows a fixed work standard for each series; fit, fastening torque and wiring are verified at each station, not only at the end of the line.

Final test, every unit — Every pump is run-tested before it leaves the factory. Every prefabricated pumping station is supplied with its own factory test record, and product inspection documents are available for every unit we deliver — ask for them with your quotation and they will be in your hands before the goods are.

About Certification — Stated Plainly

We would rather be straight with you than decorate this page: burks does not currently hold ISO 9001 certification. What we offer instead is the paperwork for your actual goods — inspection documents and the factory test record of the exact unit or station you are buying, not a framed certificate for a system in general.

Where your project requires CE, certification testing can be arranged through an authorized testing body as part of the order. Tell us at quotation stage and we will build it into the plan and the price.

Documentation & Support

Core ranges are documented in English: manuals, data sheets, performance curves and dimension drawings. Manuals can be read online on this website; complete documentation files are supplied with your quotation and again with the goods. Spare parts for current series are supported long-term, and our engineers — the same people who sized your pump — handle technical questions after delivery.
