Replacing a horizontal multistage pump should not mean re-plumbing the plant room. Our BPI and BPIL series follow the size classes most commonly installed for this duty, in the same model-number steps: find the size class of your current unit in the tables below, read off the burks model with its connections and dimensions, and order with confidence. What matches, stated exactly: the threaded inlet and outlet connections are the same sizes as the unit you are replacing, so the pump connects straight onto the existing pipework. Overall dimensions and mounting details are burks' own production figures as tabled here; on some models they can differ slightly from the unit you are replacing, so check L, H and the mounting against your space before ordering — or send us the old nameplate and we will confirm the swap in writing before you pay.
Vertical multistage: our BV/BN in-line vertical multistage range covers rated flows of 1–260 m³/h and heads to 366 m. Vertical ranges are not numbered alike between brands, so send the duty point or the nameplate and an engineer will match from the curves.
Sewage lifting: replacing a packaged macerator unit or an ageing lifting station? Start with the B-Lift family — external-pump stations that can be serviced dry — and tell us the fixtures and lift height.
Any other pump: a clear photo of the nameplate is enough. We reply with the closest burks model, the dimension check and a quotation — normally within one business day.
