Product Overview
The BV/BN series are high-efficiency energy-saving vertical multistage centrifugal pumps with an inline structure: the inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal line and have the same pipe diameter, making the structure and piping more compact. They can be installed vertically or horizontally (horizontal installation requires an additional fixing module). They can be used alone as Booster pumps or as part of booster equipment for building and industrial booster systems.
Series Differences
| Series | Description |
|---|---|
| BV | Cast iron vertical multistage pump, used for liquid transfer, circulation of hot and cold water, and boosting, etc. |
| BN | All-stainless steel vertical multistage pump; selected when the system requires all wetted parts of the pump to be made of high-grade stainless steel |
| BNP | High-pressure type |
| BNF | High-temperature type, capable of handling media temperatures from -15℃ to +180℃ |
| MPC-BV / MPC-BN | Piggyback variable frequency pump |
| COR-BV / COR-BN | Non-negative pressure variable frequency unit |
Model Designation
BV/BN + rated flow rate (m³/h) - number of impeller stages (a trailing "-number" indicates the number of small impellers). For example, BV1-2 means a rated flow rate of 1 m³/h with 2 impeller stages; BV1-5-1 means 5 impeller stages including 1 small impeller.
Technical Parameters
| Pumped medium | Thin, non-explosive liquids free of solid particles or fibers; when the medium density or viscosity is greater than that of water, a motor with higher power must be used |
| Liquid temperature | Standard type -15℃ to +105℃ (higher or lower temperatures available on request) |
| Ambient temperature | ≤+40℃; when the temperature exceeds +40℃ or the altitude exceeds 1000 m, the motor output power decreases and a larger model must be selected |
| Maximum working pressure | Standard type PN10; PN16 / PN25 available on request |
| Power supply | Three-phase; voltage and frequency as indicated on the motor nameplate; three-phase motors must be connected to a motor starter |
Rated Flow Rate Series (m³/h, 21 ratings in total)
1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 15 / 16 / 20 / 32 / 45 / 64 / 90 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 / 220 / 260

Key Points for Installation and Startup
Do not start the pump before it is fully filled with liquid and vented; dry running is strictly prohibited (dry running will damage the bearings and shaft seal); the pump must be bolted to a reliable, solid foundation through the flange holes or pump base holes; the motor must not be installed upside down on the floor; installing expansion joints or vibration-damping mounts at the inlet and outlet can reduce noise.
