Product Overview

The BPIL series is a horizontal multistage canned motor pump: canned motor, 2-7 impellers, non-self-priming, female threaded inlet/outlet, axial inlet and radial outlet, standard mechanical seal. Operating noise as low as ≤43dB(A), suitable for noise-sensitive locations.

Applications

Domestic water supply and boosting, hot water circulation and heating systems, air conditioning systems, industrial circulation systems, cleaning and spray irrigation, various machinery matching; can draw water from wells, springs, rivers and ponds (not for deep wells).

Model Designation

BPIL + rated flow rate (m³/h) - number of impellers + P (P is the canned motor pump code). For example, BPIL4-2P denotes a canned motor pump with a rated flow rate of 4m³/h and 2 impellers. Flow series: 2 / 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 / 20 m³/h.

Installation and Operation Highlights

Dry running is strictly prohibited; the pump must be filled with water and vented before starting; operation at zero flow with the outlet valve closed is strictly prohibited, and the minimum flow rate shall not be less than 10% of the normal flow rate; when the temperature of the conveyed medium exceeds 80℃, a pressurized lifting installation form shall be adopted; three-phase motors must be equipped with overload protection devices; in winter when there is a risk of freezing, the water in the pump must be drained to prevent freezing.
