Project Overview

The bathroom drainage points in the basement of Guoxin Junyi Villa sit below the municipal sewer line, so sewage cannot drain by gravity. A burks B-Lift Series Sewage Lifting Station was installed for this project. The station is built into the lower level of custom cabinetry, installed together with the home water systems. The external design keeps the motor and check-valve assembly outside the tank, so routine servicing needs no opening of the tank cover. Compact and easy to install, it leaves the underground space cleaner and quieter.

In Use

Since it was put into service, the basement drains smoothly. Hidden inside the cabinet, the station disappears behind the doors and blends with the interior. It runs quietly, and servicing is done simply by opening the cabinet.
