The bathroom drainage points in the basement of Suining Zhongnan Yuefu sit below the municipal sewer line, so sewage cannot drain by gravity. A burks B-Lift 28L Sewage Lifting Station was installed for this project. The station sits in a corner of the bathroom floor, with the toilet drain running into the tank at floor level. The external design keeps the motor and check-valve assembly outside the tank, so routine servicing needs no opening of the tank cover. Compact and easy to install, it leaves the underground space cleaner and quieter.

Since it was put into service, the bathroom drains smoothly and the basin and toilet work as they should. The station runs quietly and fits the finished bathroom. Servicing is done outside the tank and does not disturb bathroom use.
