burks BT-C05A Thermostatic Circulation Device

The BT-C05A thermostatic circulation device is made for domestic central hot-water circulation systems. It monitors the pipe water temperature in real time: when the temperature falls below the set start temperature it starts the circulation pump/valve, and stops at the set temperature plus differential, keeping the pipe water within the set range - hot water at the tap with no waiting and no waste.

From the manual (Chinese): technical data and main functions

● Constant-temperature control: keeps pipe water within T to T+A. Example: start temperature 30 C and differential 5 C - circulation starts at 29 C and stops at 35 C, holding water at 30-34 C for instant hot water
● Built-in anti-freeze and anti-seize function
● Optional temperature-fault alarm and water-shortage alarm; with a timer socket it keeps temperature on schedule, and with a smart socket it can be controlled remotely by phone

● Start temperature: touch SET to light the screen, short-press SET to adjust (5-95 C cycle); the setting is saved when the screen dims after 3 seconds
● Differential: long-press SET for 3 seconds, then short-press SET to adjust A (2-25 C cycle)
● E1 alarm: temperature sensor detached or damaged, pump/valve does not start
● E2 alarm: temperature fault or water shortage, pump/valve does not start
