In the basement living space of Fuchun Shanju, the bathroom drainage point sits below the municipal sewer network, so sewage cannot drain out by gravity. This project installed one burks B-Lift 28L sewage lifting station. Its compact 28 L tank sits low on the floor against a wall corner without taking over the bathroom's main space. Its external design puts the motor and check valve assembly outside the tank, so routine servicing needs neither opening the tank lid nor breaking the finished floor. The controller is wall-mounted, the outlet and inlet pipes run neatly along the wall, and the drainage system is zoned separately from the water supply manifold on one side, with no interference between them.
Wall-hung toilet rough-in on the right wall, the pumping station stands in the left corner, and the floor tiles are fully intact.

After handover, the basement bathroom drains smoothly. The unit stands in a wall corner, the floor tiles remain intact and the passage is not blocked, and in daily use its presence is barely felt. When maintenance is needed, it can be done from outside the tank - no opening the tank lid, no disturbing the floor - hassle-free and worry-free.
