Project: Xuzhou Xuzhou Vanke Wushan
Equipment: burks B-Lift 55L sewage lifting station
Application: Villa basement bathroom drainage
The bathroom drainage point on the villa's basement level sits below the municipal sewer network, so sewage cannot drain out by gravity. For a private home, this is not just a drainage issue - it also affects the quality of the basement living space and its finished surfaces. This project installed one burks B-Lift 55L sewage lifting station, placed low on the floor against a wall corner so it does not take up the bathroom's main activity space. Its external design puts the motor and check valve assembly outside the tank, so routine servicing needs neither opening the tank lid nor breaking the floor. The controller is wall-mounted, and the outlet and inlet pipes run neatly along the wall, in harmony with the wall and floor tile finishes - leaving the equipment to the corner and the tidiness to the living space.
Bathroom panorama: the unit is tucked into the corner equipment area, leaving the main living space fully open.
Outlet riser and inlet pipe run along the wall, with the check valve handle exposed for easy operation.
External motor and check valve outside the tank, wall-mounted controller, tidy wiring
After handover, the basement bathroom drains smoothly. The unit sits on the floor against the wall, the floor tiles remain fully intact, and in daily use its presence is barely felt. When maintenance is needed, it can be done from outside the tank - no opening the lid, no disturbing the floor - hassle-free and worry-free.
