Burks BKH Horizontal multistage pump

Introduction

The BKI, BKH, BKF and BKS pumps are non-self-priming horizontal end-suction multistage centrifugal pumps. The pumps can be fitted with line-frequency motors or variable-frequency motors. The burks series is available in several material versions: BKI (the flow-through parts at the pump head inlet and outlet are stainless steel), BKH (the joints at the pump head inlet and outlet are cast iron), BKF (the whole pump head is stainless steel), and BKS (the flow-through parts at the pump head inlet and outlet are brass). The impeller, pump chamber and priming plug are made of stainless steel or plastic, and the pump shaft is made of stainless steel.

To meet the different needs of various customers, we have specially developed the burks horizontal multistage pumps. Different sizes and numbers of stages are available according to the required flow and pressure. A burks pump consists of two main parts: the motor and the pump unit. The motor is a burks motor designed to the EN Standard. The pump unit consists of optimised hydraulic components, an outer sleeve, various connectors and other parts. This type of pump has many advantages: compact design, suitability for various uses, high reliability, easy maintenance, a wide performance range, low noise, and customised solutions for the customer.

Control variants: 1. The burks variable-frequency pump is designed and built on the basis of the burks non-automatic pump and is a member of the burks pump family. It differs from the ordinary non-automatic pump in the motor: the variable-frequency pump is equipped with a frequency-controlled motor, and the frequency converter has a built-in frequency controller. The variable-frequency pump ensures continuous control of the pump speed, making it possible to set the pump to run at any duty point; the purpose of continuous speed control is to adjust the pump performance to the given demand. The materials of the burks variable-frequency pump are the same as those of the corresponding non-automatic burks pump. 2. The burks automatic flow control pump and the intelligent adjustable pressure control pump are designed and built on the basis of the burks non-automatic pump and are members of the burks pump family. They differ from the ordinary non-automatic pump in the control unit: the automatic flow control pump is fitted with an external burks automatic flow control sensor unit, and the intelligent adjustable pressure control pump is fitted with an external adjustable intelligent pressure control unit. Both pumps provide simple automatic control for burks pumps and can be selected according to the place of use and the application. Their materials are the same as those of the corresponding non-automatic burks pump.

Applications

burks pumps are designed for a great many applications, from small domestic water supply to large industrial systems. Typical applications include: cleaning and washing, water treatment, temperature control and pressure boosting. In addition to the applications above, burks pumps can also be used in many other fields: distillation systems, dosing/mixing, evaporation systems, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

Warranty Certificate

1. This certifies that the product listed is covered by our company’s warranty and has passed strict quality control and inspection under our quality management system.
2. Please keep this certificate properly; no replacement will be issued if it is lost.
3. This product is warranted for one year from the date of purchase against faults not caused by human factors under normal use.
4. After the above period, if parts need to be replaced, the customer will be charged the cost of the parts and a service fee.
5. Our company continuously improves its products; if a part must be replaced during the warranty period, an improved part may be used.
6. Faults caused by force majeure (such as cold weather, earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters) or by human factors of the user are not covered by the warranty.
7. Installation and use must be handled by professionals in accordance with the key points of use; the product must be installed in a ventilated, dry environment at an ambient temperature not exceeding 40℃, otherwise faults caused by improper placement are not covered by the warranty.
8. Please test-run and accept the product immediately after delivery; any objection about product quality must be raised within one week, otherwise our company will not be responsible.
