BQG系列切割式污水泵
特性
1.本系列产品在叶轮底端加装强效切割刀·搭配切割盘设计，对于条状异
物或非金属异物，具强力剪切功能，可切断异物并顺利排出，防止堵塞。
2.泵设计采用锥型泵壳搭配涡流式叶轮，流道经无堵塞设计。
3.电机采用绝缘等级B级(130°C)之干式感应电机，外壳防护等级 IP68。
4.电机配置温度控制器或电机保护器，有效防止电机异常过载时的烧毁。
5.可选购搭配自动祸合装置设备，借由简便的安装施工将输水管固定接于
祸合装置的主体鞍座上，保养、修护时可轻易的借由吊链顺由导杆进行升
降、脱离、接合等作业。

1.大楼化粪池之民生污废水排水。
2.养猪畜牧业、农场之排泄废水排放
3.学校、医院、机关之社区机能废水排放。
4.食品、造纸、纺织⋯等各类工厂废水排放。
5.原水、废水处理厂、扬水、抽水站等之污废水抽排放。
Characteristic
1. This series of products are designed with powerful cutting knife and matching cutting disc at the
bottom of impeller. For strip foreign bodies or non-metallic foreign bodies, it can cut off foreign
bodies and discharge them smoothly to prevent blockage.
2. pump is designed with a conical pump shell and a swirling impeller.
3. motor adopts a dry induction motor with insulation class B (130 degree C), and the protection
level is IP68.
4. the motor is equipped with temperature controller or motor protector to effectively prevent the
motor from burning down when abnormal overload occurs.
5. Choose and match auto-clashing equipment, fix the water supply pipe to the main saddle of the
clashing device by simple installation and construction, and easily lift, disengage and engage with
the guide rod by the chain during maintenance and repair.
