Project: Junlan Hushan
Equipment: burks B-Lift 28L sewage lifting station
Application: Basement drainage (corner floor installation)
In the basement at Junlan Hushan, the pipework looks like a finely made system. The drainage point sits below the municipal network, so sewage cannot flow out by gravity. One burks B-Lift 28L sewage lifting station was selected, installed on the floor in the corner, next to a manifold with a pressure gauge. The burks controller is mounted on the wall, the thick white riser and grey outlet pipe run side by side along the wall, and the red valve handle stands out. The long view from under the stairs shows clearly how the whole pipe run is laid out. Every pipe has its own place, with no sign of makeshift connections, and all key parts can be seen standing by the wall during inspection. This is how villa basement drainage should be: professional equipment and orderly pipework, unnoticed in daily life yet easy to attend to whenever needed.
Full front view — the floor-standing unit in the corner, the wall-mounted controller and the manifold beside it.
Close front view — the external motor, check valve and red valve.
Long view from under the stairs — the unit's position in the corner under the stairs and the pipework along the wall.
After installation, the corner unit, manifold and wall-mounted controller are all in view, the pipes run side by side along the wall, and key parts can be seen standing by the wall during inspection. Basement drainage is quiet and orderly, and its presence is barely felt in daily life.
