Project: Vanke Feicui Hushan
Equipment: burks B-Lift 28L sewage lifting station
Application: Basement drainage (floor installation)
When this 28L unit at Vanke Feicui Hushan was photographed, the renovation was not yet finished and the blue protective layer was still on the walls — a villa basement drainage system on its way from installation to handover. The drainage point sits below the municipal network, so sewage cannot flow out by gravity. One burks B-Lift 28L sewage lifting station was selected, installed on the floor in the corner, with a yellow tank and external motor. The white inlet pipe is connected with a black flexible joint, the grey outlet pipe runs along the wall, and the pipework is kept neat even against the unfinished walls. The protective layer and pipework appearing together in the frame show that neatness was not sacrificed to rush the work. Once the renovation is finished and the protective layer removed, the basement will be a space ready for immediate use, with the drainage system prepared a step ahead.

After installation, the corner unit and the pipework along the wall are already in place. Once the renovation is finished, the basement can be used right away, with the drainage system prepared a step ahead and no need for rework on drainage.
