The basement at Longshan Meishu has a dedicated concrete equipment room, whose space and presence match the villa itself. The drainage point sits below the municipal network, so sewage cannot flow out by gravity. One burks B-Lift 55L sewage lifting station was selected, with a tank one size larger than the 28L, installed on the floor in the equipment room, where the floor is covered with green protective film and there are handwritten marks on the wall. The white inlet pipe and grey outlet pipe run along the unfinished wall, and the outlet pipe carries a red valve handle. The equipment room is a separate space, the pipework does not enter the living areas, and inspection is also done in the equipment room without disturbing life upstairs. A large tank, high flow and a dedicated equipment room — this configuration in a villa offers both capacity headroom and a sense of quality.

After installation, the large tank works in the dedicated concrete equipment room, the pipework does not enter the living areas, inspection is also done in the equipment room, the basement living areas are undisturbed, and the high-flow configuration provides comfortable headroom in use.
