Project: Tixiang Bay
Equipment: burks B-Lift 55L sewage lifting station
Application: Basement drainage (corner floor installation)
The first impression of the basement at Tixiang Bay is how neatly the pipework is kept. The drainage point sits below the municipal network, so sewage cannot flow out by gravity. One burks B-Lift 55L sewage lifting station was selected, sitting on the floor against the corner, with a burks controller mounted on the wall. The red valve handle on the grey outlet pipe stands out, and the white vent pipe and inlet pipe rise together along the wall — not a single pipe runs at an angle. The yellow tank forms a clean contrast with the wall, the corner is not wasted, and the pipework does not clutter it. What villa basements fear most is exposed pipework that looks cheap; here everything is tucked away, the equipment works quietly in the corner, and the living space remains a living space.

After installation, the corner unit, controller and pipework along the wall are all kept neat. Nowhere in the basement does exposed pipework look cheap, the equipment works quietly in the corner, and the living space remains a living space.
