Project: Oulu Fengqingyuan
Equipment: burks B-Lift 28L sewage lifting station
Application: Basement drainage (pit installation)
The basement at Oulu Fengqingyuan has grey tiled floors and a clean, crisp feel. The drainage point sits below the municipal network, so sewage cannot flow out by gravity. One burks B-Lift 28L sewage lifting station was selected, sunk into a square pit in the floor, leaving only a neat square pit opening at floor level that blends in with the tiles. The white inlet pipe and grey outlet pipe come out of the pit along the wall, the red valve handle is within easy reach, and the external motor and tank are both inside the pit, taking up no floor space. The basement floor remains flat and open for free arrangement, with no space taken and no pipes exposed — exactly what a villa basement should be: handy to use and dignified to look at.
Pit full view — the pump sunk into the square floor pit, grey tiled floor, inlet and outlet pipes laid along the wall.
Pit close view — the external motor, tank and white inlet pipe.
Pipework close-up — the grey outlet pipe, white inlet pipe and tank connections.
After installation, the equipment is sunk into the square floor pit, leaving only a neat pit opening, the tiled floor stays flat and open, the red valve handle is within easy reach, daily checks require no opening of the tank cover, and the basement floor can still be arranged freely.
