About This Project

The basement bathroom at Baolong Guandi is all about invisible tidiness. The drainage point sits below the municipal network, so sewage cannot flow out by gravity. One burks B-Lift 28L sewage lifting station was selected, with the whole unit hidden in the cabinet under the washbasin. Open the cabinet door and the unit, ball valve and inlet and outlet pipes are all in view; close the door and only the countertop and floor remain, so the bathroom looks no different from those upstairs. The patterned wallpaper and countertop are untouched by pipework, and the red ball valve, white inlet pipe and grey outlet pipe are kept neat along the wall inside the cabinet. Daily maintenance requires no opening of the tank cover — just open the cabinet door to inspect. The villa basement bathroom works normally while keeping its complete, dignified appearance.

After installation, the equipment is hidden in the cabinet under the washbasin. With the cabinet door closed, only the countertop and floor are visible, the bathroom works normally and looks no different from those upstairs, and daily maintenance is simply a matter of opening the cabinet door — worry-free and dignified.
