About This Project

The basement at Tianyufu has grey marble-patterned walls, and the equipment has to live up to that texture. The drainage point sits below the municipal network, so sewage cannot flow out by gravity. One burks B-Lift 28L sewage lifting station was selected, standing in the corner in front of the grey marble-patterned wall, with a burks controller mounted on the wall. The grey outlet pipe carries a red valve handle, the white inlet pipe runs along the wall, and the yellow tank sits with the marble-patterned wall without clashing — more like a deliberately matched set of equipment. The pipework neither crosses the wall nor damages its pattern, and the basement's quality is not discounted by the addition of a drainage unit. The equipment works in the corner while life continues beyond the wall — nothing of what a villa should be is lost.
