Project: Zhaoshang Shanshuijian
Equipment: burks B-Lift 55L sewage lifting station
Application: Basement drainage (pit installation)
In the basement at Zhaoshang Shanshuijian, the overhead shot inside the square pit best shows this system's confidence. The drainage point sits below the municipal network, so sewage cannot flow out by gravity. One burks B-Lift 55L sewage lifting station was selected, sunk into the square floor pit, with the yellow tank, black inspection cover, white inlet pipe and grey outlet pipe with red valve all in one frame, and the controller on the wall outside the pit. Installation and commissioning are complete and the system is ready for normal use. The pit opening is neat, the pipework inside is untangled, and above floor level only a square pit and the wall controller remain, keeping the basement floor and walls intact. This is what villa basement drainage at its best looks like: equipment visible and manageable, taking no space in daily life, yet with headroom when in use.
After installation and commissioning, the equipment is ready for normal use, the unit, controller and pipework in the pit are each in their place, the basement floor and walls stay intact, and drainage is handy to use with headroom to spare.
