About This Project

The basement at Ziyun Fu is still in the renovation stage, with blue wall protection and a white marble-patterned floor just laid, and the drainage system already in place ahead of the rest. The drainage point is below the municipal network, so sewage cannot flow out by gravity. One burks B-Lift 28L sewage lifting station was selected, floor-mounted in the corner. The burks logo on the yellow tank and the external motor are clearly visible, the grey outlet pipe has a red valve handle, and the white inlet pipe runs along the wall, with the pipework kept tidy in front of the protected wall. The equipment is in place awaiting the next stage; once the renovation is finished, the basement bathroom can be used directly, with no need to rework the drainage. Getting the drainage right first, then doing the surface finishes - that is the proper order for a villa project.
