About This Project

In the basement of Qianshan Fenghua, the 28L unit in the corner looks exactly as a newly installed villa drainage system should. The drainage point is below the municipal sewer network, so sewage cannot flow by gravity. One burks B-Lift 28L sewage lifting station was selected, installed floor-standing in a corner on the grey floor. A thick white inlet pipe connects to the tank with a black flexible connector, a WARNING label is on the motor, and a grey outlet pipe with a red valve runs up along the wall. The yellow tank contrasts cleanly with the wall. No pipe is run diagonally, there are no temporary fixings, and every joint is neatly finished. A villa basement is not compromised by having equipment in it; it is compromised by sloppy installation. Here, from the joints to the valves, everything has been done with care, and the quality of the basement is hidden in these visible details.
