In the basement of Taohuayuanzhu Phase 3, the walls are still unfinished white plaster and the floor is covered with protective film — just as it looks right after a villa basement drainage system has been delivered and installed. The drainage point sits below the municipal sewer network, so sewage cannot flow out by gravity. One burks B-Lift 55L sewage lifting station was selected: the whole unit stands on the floor tight against the corner, with a yellow tank and an external motor, a burks controller mounted on the wall, a grey outlet pipe with a red valve handle passing through the wall opening, and a white inlet pipe run along the wall. In the background, the grey risers on the wall are neatly aligned. The equipment works in the corner; once the protective film is removed from the floor, the basement is ready to use directly, with the drainage system prepared a step ahead. The quality of the villa shows in these neat, tidy details.

In Use

After delivery and installation, the whole unit stands on the floor tight against the corner and the controller is wall-mounted. The grey outlet pipe with its red valve passes through the wall opening, and the pipework runs neatly along the wall. Daily checks can be done from outside the tank without opening the lid, and the basement space is kept fully intact.
