About This Project

The basement drainage at Jiuyue Senlin is set in a pit coated with blue waterproofing, and the whole system is clearest from above: the burks B-Lift 55L sewage lifting station sits against the pit wall, with a yellow tank and external motor, white inlet pipe and grey outlet pipe with red valve handles meeting above the pit, a burks controller mounted on the wall, and cables neatly arranged. For pit-bottom water the main pump cannot handle, an ultra-low-level seepage auxiliary pump sits in a small sump at the pit bottom, dedicated to collecting the thin layer of seepage, with a clear division between main and auxiliary pumps. The basement drainage points are below the municipal sewer network, so neither sewage nor seepage can flow by gravity; this combination handles both, keeping the pit free of standing water — the dryness and comfort of the villa basement start with this clean, well-drained pit.

In Use

After installation and commissioning, the main pump handles basement sewage lifting, while the ultra-low-level seepage auxiliary pump at the pit bottom collects the thin layer of seepage, with a clear division between main and auxiliary pumps. The pit stays dry, and the controller is mounted on the wall outside the pit, so routine checks do not require going down into the pit.
