About This Project

The basement of Guanlan Courtyard Villa has marble-patterned tiles on the walls and finished flooring, and the entire drainage system was installed in this wall corner. The burks B-Lift 55L sewage lifting station sits on the floor against the corner, with a yellow tank and an external motor, a burks controller mounted on the wall, a grey outlet pipe with a red valve handle running out along the wall, and a white inlet pipe connected from the other side - the pipework is neat and tidy. The villa basement's drainage points are below the municipal sewer network, so sewage cannot flow out by gravity. This 55L unit collects the sewage from the whole basement level and lifts it out, tucked into the corner without taking up space. After handover, the basement is a room that can be used directly - a villa's refinement starts with these inconspicuous places that are done properly.
